Welcome! We believe that yoga is for every person in every body. Our mission is to make the practice of yoga accessible, enjoyable, and an integral part of people’s lives.

We specialise in body positive and accessible yoga, mindfulness facilitation, adaptive yoga for bodies with different abilities, mental health education, stress management and self-care workshops, and yoga through the lifespan, from toddlers all the way up to golden years!

We run weekly classes, and also create custom courses with NGOs, schools, aged care centers, and community organisations.

Be in the Moment

Leah is an experienced yoga instructor, also trained as an Adaptive Yoga for (dis)Ability practitioner, Love Your Brain provider, and is a certified Mindfulness Facilitator. As a mental health professional by trade, she has a special interest in emotional and social wellbeing. Situated in the Southern Adelaide area for regular classes and workshops, we can also offer private or group classes by request across the Adelaide region.

We work to incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga. Want to chat about how yoga can work in your life and body? Contact us!

Adaptive Yoga for (dis)Ability

If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Adaptive yoga focuses on bringing the essence of asanas into what feels right in your body, using breath and meditation to bring the practice together from a trauma informed perspective. We welcome people from any disability background, including physical, intellectual, mental health, and sensory. Classes are small, easy paced, and fun. Seniors Yoga

Using principles of adaptive yoga, we use props and creativity to put together a gentle, warm, and inclusive class. Options for chair, floor, standing, or somewhere in-between.


Kids and Youth

Fun, engaging, and active. We'll work on emotional regulation and stress management without even realising! These sessions also include chats about wellbeing, and learning how to use yoga in real-life situations.
We offer courses to schools, early education centres, OSCHs, sports and community groups, and NGOs.

We also run independent school holiday workshops open to the community and private sessions for children, youth, and families.


Yoga for Everyone

A gentle hatha yoga class, suitable for all body types and backgrounds, including beginners, experienced, and everyone between. We'll do a combination of sitting, standing, and laying down poses, as well as some meditation and breathing practice.
We have some mats available, but please feel free to bring your own if you would like.


Pilates for Everyone

Our focus in Pilates is on strengthening and conditioning the body in a really balanced way. Each exercise targets a different muscle group, usually by stabilising one body part and controlling your muscles to mobilise another part. At Bumblebee Yoga we teach Mat Pilates, which is performed (as the name suggests) on a mat, either just with your own body weight, or with some small pieces of equipment.
