We have a mix of yoga styles across the day, with opportunities to slow down with Yin and Nidra, and move with gentle Hatha flows.

During the retreat, you'll have opportunities to connect with like-minded people through conversation, loving-kindness practices, and sharing meals. There will also be abundant moments to connect with nature on the beautiful Riverdell grounds.

We start our Saturday with a gentle morning yoga flow and meditation, before heading into our Deep Rest workshop, where you can develop your unique rest profile through a holistic self-assessment.

​After our beautiful lunch we have a little creativity energiser, and some free time to explore some sensory spaces and self-care stations.
​
We finish the day with some slow and restful yin yoga and deep meditation.
